CareSource Network LLC 1. What you are paying for A directory listing is free. A subscription pays for recruiting access: searching caregiver profiles, unlocking contact details, posting jobs and saving candidates. Payment is taken up front for the period you choose. 2. Cancelling You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account. Cancelling stops the next payment. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your listing stays in the directory afterwards. 3. Refunds Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for a period that has already begun. This is because access to caregiver contact details is delivered immediately and cannot be returned. We will consider a refund where: - a technical fault on our side prevented you from using what you paid for - you were charged twice for the same period - you were charged after cancelling Contact us through the contact form on this website with your account email and what happened, and we will review it. 4. The 30-Day Access Pass The access pass is a single payment for a fixed period. It does not renew and cannot be cancelled part way through. The same refund position applies. 5. Chargebacks If you raise a chargeback with your bank, recruiting access is suspended while it is resolved. We would rather you contacted us first — most disputes are quicker to settle directly. 6.
