CareSource Network LLC 1. What this platform is CareSource Network is a directory and hiring network. We introduce healthcare businesses to licensed caregivers. We are not an employer, not a staffing agency, and not a party to any arrangement made between a business and a caregiver. 2. What a verified badge means When a caregiver profile shows a verified licence, it means an administrator checked the licence number given to us against the issuing state board on the date shown, and found it valid on that date. It does not mean: - that the licence is still valid today - that we have met the person or checked their identity beyond the licence - that we have run a criminal background check, a reference check or a drug screen - that we recommend or endorse them A licence can lapse, be suspended or be revoked at any time after we checked it. Employers remain responsible for their own screening, background checks and hiring decisions, and for meeting the requirements that apply to them. 3. Business listings Businesses supply their own listing information — services, hours, contact details, years in business and licence numbers. We review listings before they appear publicly, but we do not independently audit what a business tells us about itself, and approval of a listing is not an endorsement of that business. 4. Reviews Reviews are written by members of the public and are their own opinions, not ours. They are published without prior approval. If a review is inaccurate it can be reported through the listing and we will look at it. 5. No professional advice Nothing on this website is medical, legal, financial or employment advice.
